E-Liquid: No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
Coils, Cartomizers, Tanks: Exchange for like item or store credit* No Refunds
We accept exchange or we will issue store credit on coils, clearomizers, and tanks. *They must be brand new, unused, unopened, in the original sealed packaging. All shrink wrap, seals, or security stickers must be in tact* Exchange or credit will be contingent on inspection of the product. Any products found to be used or opened will be returned to the buyer at their own expense. We may request pictures before hand to verify the product is in acceptable condition for exchange.

There can be damage from drops or other issues not visible on the outside of the devices. We all know some of these products are very sensitive to drops hence the reason not one factory will warranty a dropped device! It's also difficult to tell if they have been used or are new. Flavor sticks in those 510 connections, even without visible evidence of it. No one wants to taste your flavor, nor do they want a used device!
Warranty for Manufacturing Defects
We post the warranty length at the bottom of every item page. If there is nothing posted, that item is sold as is and has no warranty. Warranties do not extend for replacements.
Claims will only be processed if we are notified within the posted warranty period. Sending items back without authorization will result in no processing of your claim.
Return shipping is at the buyers expense. Replacement items will not be sent until the original item is returned and evaluated.
We do not accept returns if a product is not defective. Items found to be in working condition, or not to have a defect as it is considered by the manufacturer of the product (ie. not all atomizers will sit flush on all mods, this is not a defect) will be returned.

Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case that there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 24 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via is made regarding the damaged / missing items within 24 hours, all items are deemed correct and received.
